Actually I think it was an Emmy-worthy performance to get the dog back to those 2 little girls. Let's see if the public will exert enough pressure on that adoption agency to make it happen.

But if I put 3 grand into a dog, I'd expect to able to give it to a loving family if I couldn't keep it.
I guess this rescue shelter may be trying to avoid celebrities adopting dogs they don't intend to keep and giving them away, or some such issue, because this just sounds wrong on the surface.
I read today the the people that took the dog are getting death threats. The reason they think they are not a suitable family is because they will not place dogs in a home that has children under 14. Now that is bullshit
What I hate is people that start putting their mark on who gets what from the person who is dieing or died. Pisses me off to no end. Families that fight over meaningless stuff is NUTZ. Respect the person who passed and ban together as a family.

see thats where most of us differ, I like Ellen, and I think she shows class in most everything she does. I'm not to sure what all is going on in the background but MO is right, cant they just readopt the dog? If Ellen could not keep the dog she should have just eaten it, problem solved
