Pike Creek was ranked 79 in FORTUNE's Top 100 Places to Live. http://money.cnn.com/magazines/money...PL1056490.html and they list supporting details.
I have heard of a few good restarants there as well Maybe all of these things attract Yuppies?

Do you want to live close to work or have you considered living in Dover? Or, would you be interested in living close to the beach?! (Lewes?) Catrina recently posted a message (yesterday) that gave a link to a custom home builder and a great community they have. You should check that out! *REMOVED, CONTACT CHASE FOR ADVERTISING* were the links. Public and private schools are good in this area too!
